Do I need any technical knowledge to use LogicOS?
None at all. We build everything. You review and approve, then we manage it on your behalf. The dashboard exists if you want to see what's running — but you never have to log in if you don't want to. That's the whole point of a managed service.
How is this different from Zapier or Make?
Zapier and Make are tools. You build and manage them yourself, they have no governance layer, and when something breaks you fix it. LogicOS is a managed service — we build, we monitor, we manage, and you have a kill switch and audit trail built in from day one. Completely different model.
What happens if the AI does something wrong?
You hit the kill switch — one click, everything pauses instantly. We investigate using the full audit trail (every decision is logged), identify what happened, fix it, and you resume when you're satisfied. Nothing client-facing goes out without passing through approval gates first, so the likelihood of a client-impacting error is very low by design.
How long does setup take?
We start building the moment you approve the proposal. Most clients have their first workflows live within two working days. We don't believe in lengthy implementation projects.
Am I locked into a long contract?
Once we start building, the setup work is committed. The ongoing retainer runs on 30-day rolling notice. If LogicOS isn't delivering value, you can cancel with a month's notice — no penalties, no exit fees. We're confident enough in the results that we don't need to lock you in.
What does the setup cover?
The setup covers: your free AI review, the build and configuration of your workflows, integration with your existing systems (CRM, email, calendar etc.), testing, and onboarding for your team. It's the investment in building your AI infrastructure — properly, once.
Is my client data safe?
All data is processed and stored in the UK. LogicOS is GDPR-compliant by design — we are a registered data processor, and we maintain a full audit trail of all data handling. We never use your client data to train AI models. Your data stays yours.
Can I customise the workflows for my business?
Yes — within your sector module. We don't do fully bespoke builds for every client (that's an agency model, not a platform model). But we configure our proven sector workflows around your specific business rules, your tone of voice, your escalation paths, and your client types. The foundation is standardised; the configuration is yours.

Logic AI is a UK-based, managed AI automation company. We build and operate LogicOS™, a governed AI platform that deploys automated workflows for businesses. References to "Logic AI", "we", "us" or "our" in this policy refer to the Logic AI trading name.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller.

2. What data we collect and why

From website visitors
When you visit logic-ai.co.uk we may collect your IP address, browser type, and pages visited through standard web analytics. We use this to understand how our site is used and to improve it. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

From consultation requests
When you submit a consultation request through our website, we collect your name, business name, job title, email address, telephone number, and team size. We use this to contact you, arrange your consultation, and assess whether LogicOS™ is a suitable fit for your business. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).

From clients
When you become a Logic AI client, we collect and process the data necessary to configure, deploy, and operate your LogicOS™ workflows. This may include business contact data, CRM records, workflow activity logs, and communication data depending on the workflows we deploy for your business. The legal basis for this processing is contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).

From end users interacting with your workflows
LogicOS™ processes data on behalf of our clients — including data belonging to their customers, leads, and contacts. In this context Logic AI acts as a data processor and our client acts as the data controller. We process this data only in accordance with our client's instructions and our Data Processing Agreement.

3. How we store and protect your data

All data processed through LogicOS™ is stored within the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA without appropriate safeguards in place.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include encrypted data transmission (TLS 1.3), AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and full audit logging of all system activity.

LogicOS™ maintains a complete, immutable audit trail of every automated action taken on behalf of clients. This log is available to clients on request and supports compliance with regulatory obligations including GDPR, FCA, and sector-specific requirements.

4. How long we keep your data

Consultation request data is retained for 12 months from the date of submission, or for the duration of any subsequent client relationship, whichever is longer.

Client and workflow data is retained for the duration of the client contract and for 6 years thereafter, in accordance with standard UK business record-keeping requirements under the Companies Act 2006.

You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 7.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We work with a small number of carefully selected third-party service providers to operate our platform. All third-party providers are subject to data processing agreements and process data only on our instruction, in accordance with Article 28 UK GDPR.

We may disclose data where required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.

6. Cookies

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies to ensure it functions correctly. These do not require your consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

We do not currently use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and seek your consent before placing any non-essential cookies on your device.

You can manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR (as retained in UK law by the Data Protection Act 2018) you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data where we have no legitimate reason to retain it
  • Restriction — limit our processing of your data in certain circumstances
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@logic-ai.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days in accordance with our statutory obligations.

If you are dissatisfied with how we have handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.

Client data and any materials provided to Logic AI by a Client remain the intellectual property of that Client. Logic AI does not claim ownership over Client data processed through LogicOS™.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Logic AI excludes all liability for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
  • Any reliance placed on content published on this website

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed £100.
